Investment Performance

The Aldersley Managed Equity portfolio has been available for over ten years (from 2013-2024) on the HUB24 platform, but now it is only accessible to a retail client if they first receive personal financial advice. Hub24 operates a shadow portfolio, and performance has been calculated by Hub24 after investment fees but before admin fees and any performance fees (none charged).

The since inception return from October 2013 to Dec 2023 has been 12.1% per annum after fees, compared with just 7.4% for the benchmark the S&P/ASX200TR index. The report from Hub24 is as follows
